These are the terms you accept by using wholelistic. They’re written the way we’d explain them in person. If anything’s unclear, write to us at hello@wholelistic.co.

Using the site means you accept these terms. When you browse, submit a form, sign in, or interact with anything on wholelistic.co, you’re agreeing to what’s on this page. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this service is. wholelistic is a curated directory of holistic practitioners and a concierge service that makes warm introductions between seekers and practitioners. We’re not a referral agency. We’re not a medical service. We don’t guarantee outcomes. The work happens between you and the practitioner we introduce you to.

Practitioner subscriptions. Practitioners who join the partner circle subscribe to a paid tier (Featured or Featured+). Founding rates are honoured for the lifetime of the subscription for the first fifty paying partners. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor when that infrastructure is live; today they’re managed manually by our team. Cancelling at any time stops future billing and downgrades the public profile to its anonymized form.

Practitioners are independent. Every practitioner in our circle works for themselves. They aren’t employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of wholelistic. We curate, we vet, and we introduce. We don’t supervise sessions, set prices for practitioners’ own work, or vouch for any specific outcome. When you book directly with a practitioner you meet through us, the relationship is between you and them.

Use the site as intended. The site is for personal exploration of holistic practice and for the practitioner work we host. Don’t scrape it, don’t automate registrations, don’t impersonate other people, and don’t misrepresent who you are when you submit a form. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Discovery calls. A discovery call is $250 USD for sixty minutes with a concierge. Payment is required before the call is scheduled. Calls are non-refundable once scheduled, though we’ll always rearrange a time if you let us know in advance. The call is a conversation about what you’re exploring and what kind of practitioner would meet that. It is not a therapeutic session in itself.

What we don’t do. wholelistic doesn’t provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis support. If you’re dealing with a medical or psychological emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your area. Holistic work complements professional care; it doesn’t replace it.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, wholelistic isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from work with a practitioner we introduced you to. Our total liability for anything that does fall on us is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.

Removing accounts. We may remove a practitioner from the circle for cause: breaches of these terms, conduct that doesn’t belong in the circle, or other reasons we’ll explain in writing. Practitioners may cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard or by writing to us.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes that can’t be resolved by writing to us first will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after we update means you accept the updated version. Material changes that affect existing practitioner subscriptions will be notified by email.
