How a relationship with your concierge begins.
Five quiet steps, in order, with the unhurried care of a handwritten letter.

Discovery Call
A 60-minute call with your concierge, $250. We listen: to what brought you here, what's worked, what hasn't, what's off-limits. The conversation is unhurried. We're not selling you a package; we're learning your shape so we can recommend well.
- 02
Recommendations
Within 48 hours, you receive a written set of practitioner recommendations, usually two or three, sometimes more if your practice is multi-modal. Each comes with a paragraph: why this person, what they do best, when they're available. You read it, you sit with it, and you tell us which intros you'd like us to make.
- 03
Choose your shape
If a single introduction is enough, that's One-Off. If you want a relationship that holds across months, you'll choose Companion, Guide, Sanctuary, or Atelier, depending on cadence, budget, and how much coordination your life calls for. The shape isn't permanent; you can move between tiers as your practice changes.
- 04
Introductions
We send a warm intro email: concierge cc'd, you and the practitioner addressed by name, context summarized. The practitioner has agreed in advance to receive intros. They reply. You schedule. We stay copied through the first session if anything needs coordinating; after that we step back unless you want us closer.

Ongoing care
Months in, the practice has its own rhythm. We check in quarterly on Companion, monthly on Guide, weekly on Sanctuary. If a practitioner isn't a fit, we re-match. No charge, no friction. If your tier no longer suits you, we change it. If you want to end the relationship, you can pause or cancel any time at the period boundary, and your data stays yours.
