How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: 6 May 2026

We’re a small team. We treat your information the way we’d want ours treated. This page tells you what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hello@wholelistic.co.

What we collect. When you submit a form on this site — a discovery call request, an Atelier inquiry, a contact message, or a practitioner application — we collect what you give us: your name, email, country, phone or WhatsApp number if you share one, and whatever you’ve written in the message fields. Practitioners who join the partner circle also share their bio, modalities, photos, certifications, scheduling links, and social handles for their public profile.

How we use it. We use your information to do the work you came here for. For seekers, that means coordinating discovery calls, making practitioner introductions, and following up on the conversation. For practitioners, that means hosting your public profile, sending you updates about your listing, and processing tier transitions. We send transactional emails when something happens that you asked us to act on. We don’t send marketing email.

Who we share it with. Three companies process data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

  • Supabase hosts our database and handles practitioner sign-in.
  • Vercel hosts the website itself.
  • Resend delivers our transactional emails.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t feed it into ad networks. When a seeker is matched with a practitioner, we share what’s needed to make the introduction and nothing more.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies set by Supabase to keep practitioners signed in to their dashboard. We don’t use marketing or analytics cookies. There is no third-party tracker on this site.

How long we keep it. We retain your information for as long as your relationship with us is active. If you’re a practitioner and you cancel your subscription, your basic record stays in our database so we can continue to honour any ongoing introductions; you can ask us to delete it entirely at any time. Submitted forms (inquiries, contact messages, discovery requests) are retained as part of our internal record of concierge work.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that’s wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to send it to you in a portable format. These rights apply whether you’re in the EU (GDPR), in California (CCPA), or anywhere else. We treat everyone the same way. Write to hello@wholelistic.co and we’ll respond within fourteen days.

Changes to this page. When we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes that affect what we do with existing data will be notified by email to practitioners with active subscriptions.

For anything not covered here, our terms of use describe the broader agreement between you and us when you use this site.
