A small team holding relationships
wholelistic is a spiritual concierge. We sit between two people: the seeker who’s looking for a real practitioner, and the practitioner who’s practising the work we believe in. The introduction is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of a transaction.
We’re a small team by design. The work is held by a circle of concierges, all of whom have personal practice across multiple holistic modalities. We add concierges only when we can hold the relationships properly, and we add partners only when we’d refer our own people to them.
Three quiet decisions
- 01
Relationship over transaction.
We don't run a marketplace. We hold the introduction, the first session, and what comes after, for as long as the practice asks for it.
- 02
Curation over scale.
Our circle is small on purpose. We'd rather have fifty practitioners we'd refer our own people to than five hundred we'd hesitate to.
- 03
Quietness over noise.
No marketing pixels, no growth hacks, no testimonials harvested from people who didn't sign up to be marketing. The work speaks where it needs to.
A circle of practitioners, quietly held
wholelistic began the way most considered things do: as a small group of people frustrated with how the alternative looked. Wellness apps that flatten every modality into a booking slot. Influencer recommendations sold to the highest bidder. Marketplaces that surface the loudest practitioner, not the right one.
We knew there was another way, because we had lived it. The way most people actually find practitioners they trust is through someone who already trusts them. A friend who went to a teacher in Bali. A mentor who knows a sound healer in London. A quiet recommendation passed at the right moment.
wholelistic is that recommendation, made into a service. We meet practitioners across reiki, breathwork, sound healing, somatic therapy, family constellations, and the quieter forms of contemplative work. We sit with them. We understand how they hold the room. And when someone comes to us looking for a practitioner, we make the introduction we’d make for our own people.
What we mean by spiritual concierge
A spiritual concierge is a person who holds the relationship between a seeker and a vetted circle of holistic practitioners. Listening to what the seeker is exploring, drawing from a network of practitioners we’d refer our own people to, and arranging warm introductions. The concierge stays with the relationship through the practice, not just the first session.
That’s the work. Every other definition is downstream of that one.
Practitioners, we’re always meeting new partners.
