I came to sound through grief. After my mother passed, the only thing that brought me back into my body was the resonance of a bowl pressed against my sternum. I trained in vibrational sound therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, then deepened with crystal bowl work in Bali under teachers from the Tibetan tradition. My sessions are quiet, slow, and unhurried. I work with bronze bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks placed directly on the body. People come to me when they are exhausted, overstimulated, or grieving. We sit together, and the room does the work. I see clients in Ubud and online by referral.
