I trained in clinical hypnotherapy at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and went on to specialise in regression work. I spent three years in Tulum learning from a Curandera lineage that uses breath, plant medicine integration, and ancestral lineage work. My practice is the meeting of those two trainings. I work with adults navigating addiction, ancestral patterns, and identity transitions. Sessions are ninety minutes. I hold a deeply quiet room. We work in cycles of three to six sessions, and I share notes after each. I am based in Tulum and travel for retreats.
