Most seekers find their shape inside our standard packages: Companion, Guide, or Sanctuary. The cadence fits, the scope fits, the price fits, and the relationship grows from there.
Some practices are different. A family with multiple seekers moving across continents. A founder whose calendar makes the normal cadence impossible. A retreat that needs sourcing, vetting, and arranging from end to end. A long arc of stewardship where privacy and continuity matter more than menu and price.
We design the shape with you. We don’t fit your life into ours.
Atelier exists for those engagements. We design the shape with you, write a proposal, and only begin once we’ve agreed on what the work is.

How an engagement unfolds

Inquiry
You send a short note via the inquiry form. We read every one personally, usually the same day, never later than two business days.

Conversation
A 30-minute introductory call to understand your situation. Quiet, unhurried. No fee, no obligation. The point is to learn whether Atelier fits, for both of us.

Proposal
Within a week, we send a written proposal: scope, cadence, team, boundaries, milestones, price. You read it. You ask questions. We refine until it feels true.
- 04
Engagement
We begin once the proposal is signed and the first invoice is paid. Atelier is invoiced separately from our standard tiers. We'll explain how when we get there.

Stewardship
We hold the relationship across the engagement's full arc — months or years — with quarterly reviews and the latitude to reshape the work as your life shifts.
The work stays between us
Atelier engagements are held in confidence. Names, scope, and context are seen only by your concierge. We never publish testimonials, case studies, or identifying detail without explicit written consent, and most of the work we’re proudest of will never be public.
For engagements where additional privacy structures help — NDAs, named-only billing, separate communication channels — we’ll shape that into the proposal.
